About Caithness Chocolate
Caithness Chocolate creates handcrafted chocolates using the finest sustainable and traceable ingredients. It was founded by Ruth Falconer, who was born and bred in the area and is very proud of and passionate about her Caithness heritage.
Our chocolate is made in small batches to ensure the highest standard of care and quality. There is a core range as well as special edition flavours available from our shop. Ruth hopes you enjoy the chocolates as much as she does!
Hand Crafted in Caithness
Our chocolates are hand crafted in Wick, Caithness in the beautiful Northern Scottish Highlands. Caithness is a stunning land of big skies, incredible coastlines and fascinating history.

Our chocolate is sustainable and traceable and supported by the Cocoa Horizons Foundation which is an impact driven program focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children.
