Scottish Sea Salt Chocolate Bar

A hint of salt can really elevate food and in this bar I have used Orsay sea salt. Hand harvested from Islay this salt adds another level to our house milk or dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (36% minimum cocoa solids), Scottish sea salt, whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. 

Dark Chocolate Ingredients: Dark chocolate (54% minimum cocoa solids), Scottish sea salt, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

Made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, DAIRY, WHEAT, EGGS, SOYA.
