Dubai Style Pistachio and Caramel Bar

The 'Dubai' pistachio chocolate bar has caused a sensation on social media, so I thought I would give it a go! This decadent bar has a layer of delicious sea salt caramel on top of a caramelised white chocolate and pistachio praline. Mixed in with the praline is shredded and fried kataifi pastry for a satisying crunch. It is encased in a hand decorated and crisp chocolate shell. Made with our sustainable, delicious house dark or milk chocolate - your choice! My version is firmer and slimmer than the original version, but this is my personal preference, as well as the addition of the salted caramel. I put salt on everything!

Milk Bar Ingredients: white chocolate (28% cocoa solids), milk chocolate (36% minimum cocoa solids), pistashios (NUTS),cream (MILK), butter (MILK), kataifi pastry (WHEAT) whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. 

Made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, DAIRY, WHEAT, EGGS, SOYA.
